Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe

Returns or exchanges are permitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition and completely unused.

  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included (e.g., Care Cards).

Costs

The customer bears all shipping fees for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.

 


سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

المدة

مسموح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

الشروط

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وسليمًا تمامًا (غير مستخدم).

  • ضرورة وجود أصل فاتورة الشراء (الريسيت).

  • يجب إعادة المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي وبكامل ملحقاته (مثل بطاقة العناية – Care Card).

التكاليف

يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة واضح.

 


Gift Cards Policy

  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards can be used both online and in-store.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • صلاحية كارت الهدية سنة واحدة من تاريخ الشراء.

  • كروت الهدايا غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بنقود.

  • يمكن استخدام كارت الهدية أونلاين وفي الفروع.

  • في حالة فقدان أو سرقة كارت الهدية، لا يمكن تعويضه أو استبداله.

  •  لا يمكن تمديد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية بعد انتهائه.

 

Bulk Orders & B2B

  • Customization services (such as size, color, or design changes) are exclusively available for bulk orders and B2B projects.

  • Items manufactured based on specific customer requirements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Exchanges or repairs for this category apply only in case of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the agreed technical specifications.

 


طلبات الجملة والتعاقدات (B2B)

  • تتوفر خدمة التعديلات الخاصة (مثل تغيير المقاس، اللون، أو التصميم) فقط لطلبات الجملة والمشاريع (B2B).

  • القطع المنفذة بمواصفات خاصة بناءً على طلب العميل لا تُرد ولا تُستبدل.

  • يتم الاستبدال أو الإصلاح في هذه الفئة فقط في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو عدم مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها في العقد.

 


Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders within Egypt.

  • InstaPay: Direct bank transfers are available during checkout.

  • Online Payments: We accept Visa and MasterCard.

  • Installment Plans: Available through authorized providers (e.g., Valu / Sympl).

  • الدفع عند الاستلام (COD): متاح لجميع الطلبات داخل مصر.

  • إنستا باي (InstaPay): متاح للتحويل المباشر عند إتمام الطلب.

  • الدفع الإلكتروني: نقبل البطاقات الائتمانية (Visa / MasterCard).

  • خدمات التقسيط: متاح التقسيط عبر مقدمي الخدمة المعتمدين (مثل Valu / Sympl).

 


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement.

  • If the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the designated delivery fees.

  • يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 12 ساعة من إتمامه مجانًا.

  • في حالة الإلغاء بعد خروج الطلب للشحن، يتحمل العميل مصاريف التوصيل المقررة.
