This website is operated by Ellie Home. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ellie Home. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age in your country of residence or have the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Products & Nature of Goods
All our products are handmade and may be fragile, especially pottery and ceramic items. Minor variations in color, size, shape, and texture are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
4. Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom orders and bulk orders (over 100 pieces) are made specifically for you. Once production has started, these orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders within Egypt.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary based on location, availability, and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or force majeure.
7. International Orders
All international orders are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns & Exchanges (Local Orders)
Local orders within Egypt may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Fragile items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
9. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ellie Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

جميع منتجاتنا مصنوعة يدويًا وقد تكون قابلة للكسر، خاصة منتجات الفخار والسيراميك. قد تحدث اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو الحجم أو الشكل أو الملمس، وهذه تعتبر خصائص طبيعية للمنتجات اليدوية وليست عيوبًا.
4. الطلبات المخصصة وطلبات الجملة
الطلبات المخصصة وطلبات الجملة (أكثر من 100 قطعة) يتم تصنيعها خصيصًا لك، ولا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها بعد بدء التنفيذ.
5. الأسعار وطرق الدفع
جميع الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق. نقبل عدة وسائل للدفع، بما في ذلك الدفع عند الاستلام داخل مصر.
6. الشحن والتوصيل
تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الموقع وتوافر المنتج وشركة الشحن. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الجمارك أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.
7. الطلبات الدولية
جميع الطلبات الدولية نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال. يتحمل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد إن وجدت.
8. الاستبدال والاسترجاع (داخل مصر)
يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال الطلبات المحلية داخل مصر خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، وبغلافه الأصلي. لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات القابلة للكسر في حال تعرضها للتلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام.
9. دقة المعلومات
نحرص على عرض معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات، ولكن لا نضمن خلو الموقع من الأخطاء. نحتفظ بالحق في تصحيح أي خطأ في أي وقت.
10. الاستخدام المحظور
لا يجوز استخدام هذا الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو انتهاك أي قوانين سارية، بما في ذلك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
11. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل Ellie Home أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات.
