Have quality control to throw away the product when it looks nothing like the marketed product in color, has ten painting holes and an incomplete drawing! And you are refusing to replace it with one that matches the photos! Absolutely poor service!

Love the mugs. If I may add a suggestion, I would say that It would be nice to just add measurements to understand how large the large mug is and how small the small one is. It is difficult to understand from the picture.
Love it looks really cute and suitable for the spring season. However, after looking at it more closely there is some crazing in different places but it did not chip yet so hopefully the glaze keeps its shape.
