Beautiful made mug. Light to carry... Definitely unique and doesn't look like any other mug and often eould raise the question 'where do you get it?' Overall purchasing experience is beyond satisfactory and I would love buy more from here if there was a supply chain in Germany. Reem was beyond brilliant. I asked for a handwritten note for my mom's birthday gift and she saw to it to be done. Which, I mean, 'extra mile' doesn't even compare. For the love of god, give that woman a raise.

Not exactly like the pic, quality not as expected and colors seems a bit blurry too.
I took it to my office with me and it has gotten soooo many compliments, I love the size and the design, it is absolutely beautiful and has very quickly become my favourite! I now want another one to use at home
